Trekalong Visits Ohio River Paddlefest 2013!

This past weekend, we at Trekalong tagged along with the folks at Wilderness Press & Menasha Ridge Press as they set up camp at the 12th annual Ohio River Paddlefest. This was an exciting trip for me because it marked the first time I utilized the Riverside Dr./Kellogg Ave. route from Downtown Cincinnati to Coney Island (where the Paddlefest party rages). And, while we were quite busy chattin’ it up with Wilderness, Menasha, and all the other Cincinnati-based outdoor vendors, we did manage to snap a few photos along the way. Check’m out!

Beautiful single-speed roadie, as a preview for the next day’s Pedalfest activities!

We had a great time tagging along with Wilderness and Menasha. To see their selection of paddling and pedaling books (along with all the hiking and camping guides they offer), check out their website here!
